How is make
First, dice the potatoes into small cubes.
If desired, also dice the half carrot that you will add to the menu.
Melt the margarine in another pot and sauté the flour until it releases its aroma, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
Add the hot milk to the flour, stirring constantly to make a smooth mixture.
After it reaches a smooth consistency, add your desired amount of water gradually while stirring (we added 6 cups of water).
Then add the salt and the other chopped ingredients.
Stir constantly until it thickens.
Once the soup reaches the desired consistency, turn off the heat.
Melt the margarine in a pan and prepare the pepper paste and mint, then pour them into your soup.
You can garnish your soup as you like and serve.
